Career Clarity and Alignment (3.5 hours):
This workshop has the following three components, which are also stand-alone offerings if shorter sessions are preferred:

  1. Articulating, Owning and Leveraging Your Strengths (60 min): In order to advance your career, it’s critical to own and articulate your strengths. In order to do that, you must create a clear and comprehensive map of your skills, knowledge and expertise. During this interactive and hands-on session, you will (i) create a comprehensive and detailed catalogue of your strengths through a strength identifier framework, (ii) gain confidence to own and value those strengths, and (iii) clarify how those strengths position you for success in your current and future career.

  2. Identifying Your Core Values and Creating Aligned Goals (60 min): In order to enjoy a fulfilling and successful career, it’s important to understand your core values and how aligned your career and career goals are with those values. During this session, you will (i) gain clarity on your core values through reflective and interactive exercises, (ii) understand to what extent those values are honored in your current role and career, and (iii) create any actions you desire to take to create greater alignment between your core values and your career.

  3. How to Thrive in Your Role (60 min): During this interactive and hands-on session, you will (i) create a comprehensive and detailed catalogue of what you need to thrive in your role and career, (ii) assess to what extent those needs are met in your current role and career, and (iii) what actions you desire to take as a result of this new understanding.

Wellbeing, Performance and Mindset Workshops:

Uplevel Your Success by Increasing Your Energy and Wellbeing (60-90 min):
Our performance and success are directly tied to our energy and capacity to perform. Most of us are operating at a chronic energy deficit, constantly having to “do more, with less.” As professionals, this is leading to burnout, exhaustion and depression. During this interactive session, I provide a systematic model and methodology that:

  • reveals the real sources of energy drain;

  • decodes your unique sources of energy drain; and

  • helps you stop the leakage, and reclaim your energy, balance, and wellbeing, AND enhance your performance.

Overcome the Fear of Speaking Up (60 min):
During this interactive session, you’ll learn a five step process for overcoming the fear of speaking up, so that you can free yourself from the grip of anxiety and finally achieve the visibility and presence needed to grow in your career and lead with confidence.

Emotional Mastery (60 min):
This session is designed to help you gain mastery over your emotions, so that instead of denying, suppressing or judging your emotions, you learn how to use them to your advantage, reclaim your energy, and remain calm, cool and collected in the midst of challenges.  You will walk away with a technique and process that you can use real-time to release challenging emotions safely and quickly so that you can lead with poise.

End the Cycle of Rumination (60 min):
During this session, you will learn a technique and process for ending the cycle of rumination, so that you can stop (i) replaying old events over and over again wondering what you could have done differently, and (ii) worrying about potential future consequences from current or past decisions.  That spinning and spiraling eats up your time and focus, and results in anxiety and exhaustion.  The technique you’ll learn will help you regain your productivity, peace, and energy, so that you can increase your performance, wellbeing, and success.

Understanding and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome (60 min):
This interactive session will enable you to (i) identify the signs of imposter syndrome and its impact on your potential, (ii) understand its powerful grip despite reason and logic, and (iii) learn and immediately apply a process to overcome it.  By breaking free from imposter syndrome, you can elevate your visibility, and confidently seize new opportunities outside of your comfort zone.

Energy Management (90 min):
More than time management and task prioritization, how you manage your energy determines your ability to live a fulfilling and thriving life. During this interactive and hands-on session, you will:

  • conduct a personal energy audit to uncover the impact of the various aspects of your life on your energy;

  • take stock of whether you’re operating at an energy deficit, balance or credit; and

  • identify two strategies you can immediately implement to boost your energy.

Inclusivity Workshops:

The Consciousness of Inclusivity (60 min):
During this interactive session, you will learn strategies and tips for developing an inclusive mindset, which in turn helps you create and foster inclusivity in the workplace. Whether you are an individual contributor or a people leader, your effort in creating a culture of inclusivity pays dividends both personally and professionally in the recruitment, retention and engagement of a diverse and thriving team that in turn fuels organizational growth and innovation.

From Bates Stamp to Blockchain: How Immigrant and First-Gen Attorneys Bridge the Generational Divide in the Legal Profession (60 min):
In today’s legal profession, 4-5 generations with differing values, communication styles, and work approaches collaborate within the same firms. Bridging these differences is essential to fostering harmony, strengthening teams, and ensuring effective leadership succession. This workshop explores how immigrant and first-generation attorneys—uniquely positioned to navigate diverse perspectives—can serve as natural allies in closing generational gaps. Participants will gain actionable strategies for individual attorneys and firm leadership to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and understanding across generations while embracing diversity of thought.

  • "On the basis of a presentation Anjli Garg gave to Chief Talent Officers, which made a positive impact on my own professional self-awareness, we engaged Anjli to deliver a session on well-being for lawyers during Mental Health Awareness Month. Anjli covered all of what we had discussed previously and exceeded our expectations by her nimbleness in the moment, and by facilitating a deeper dive when the opportunity arose. Her framework for identifying resistance factors and how they connect to performance is easy to understand and provides a good opportunity for self-reflection. The real-time exercises were very useful, and Anjli's clear explanations made the content accessible. She is a skilled facilitator, attuned to her audience, and reacts thoughtfully to participants’ questions and requests. We would be delighted to work with Anjli again."
