You look like you’re winning. Privately, you’re feeling stifled.
Ignite Your Abundance Mindset
A 12-week coaching program for the high-achieving professional woman whose life looks right on paper, and feels “off” on the inside.
You’ve built a life most people would envy. You hold it together for everyone and everything: your career, your kids, your partner, your aging parents, and your colleagues. The squeeze might be coming from your work, or your personal life, or worries about the future.
At the same time, in moments of quiet, there’s a low-key, insistent feeling that you’ve lost a part of yourself that you want to find again.
IYAM is designed to be an intentional and intimate space (3-5 women) for you to pause, reclaim yourself, and gain the tools and support to thrive without changing anyone around you.
Who chooses IYAM?
Senior attorneys. Founders. Executives. Women who have built real careers and real lives. And they’ve reached a point where neither felt like enough. The women who join IYAM are accomplished. They are high-functioning, with high standards. From the outside, their lives look enviable. But underneath, there’s a feeling that something is off, and has been off for a while. If this resonates, you’re not alone.
If any of that lands, you’re not broken. You’re not failing. You’re carrying a lot, and somewhere along the way you lost touch with your inner compass.
That’s where IYAM helps. A 12-week space of your own to slow down, untangle what’s been pulling at you, and get back in touch with the woman underneath all the roles. So you can emerge lighter, freer, more grounded, and more powerful in everything you build next.
You don’t need to be at your limit to deserve this. You just need to be ready to give yourself the time, space, and tools to figure it out, along with the right guide, the right structure, and the safety and support of other women who get it and travel with you.
The women whose voices appear here aren’t unusually brave, and they aren’t more capable of change than you are. They reached a point where the cost of staying the same was higher than the cost of change, and they chose change. That choice is the only one IYAM is asking you to make right now.
The woman who starts this program is not the woman who finishes it.
Two phrases come up again and again when IYAM members describe the program: “life-changing” and “magical.” They’re not my words. They’re the words my members share with wonder and joy sparkling in their eyes. Below is what those words practically translate into.
- Come out with promotions, business launches, and career-defining moves, without sacrificing the success they built.
- Cut their work hours by 30% or more, and gotten more done.
- Walked into high-stakes meetings, escalations, and difficult moments feeling grounded instead of consumed by them.
- Stopped working from a place of “I owe everyone,” and started working from a place of “I know what I’m worth.”
- Come out with stronger marriages, deeper friendships, and more presence with their kids, because they finally have permission to give to themselves.
- Described the work as compounding. The tools they leave with keep paying dividends years later.
These outcomes are drawn from interviews with nine IYAM members across cohorts, including attorneys, founders, and senior corporate leaders. These outcomes aren’t anomalies. They’re the pattern of what the women who do this work come out with.
By the time the women I work with reach me, most of them have already done real inner work. Therapy. Meditation. Coaches. Self-help books on the nightstand. A retreat or two. They’ve gotten real value from all of it.
And they’re still stuck.
The reason isn’t that those tools don’t work. It’s that most of them work on the cognitive layer only. They help you understand the problem. They give you frameworks. They build awareness.
But understanding isn’t enough to move forward. That requires going beyond the intellect, to the unconscious programs that have been running underneath your life for decades.
IYAM works on three layers at once: tactical tools, subconscious mindset reset, and a deeper energetic release that goes beyond words. Together they don’t just help you see the patterns, they help you dissolve them. That’s what makes the changes land and stick long past the program’s end.
If you’ve been doing the work and feel like you’re still standing in the same room, then IYAM is where you can finally open the door and walk through it.
Inside IYAM’s 12 weeks
For 12 weeks, you and a small cohort of three to five accomplished women carve out a corner of your lives for yourselves. This is not the kind of retreat that ends when you fly home. IYAM is built to work alongside your everyday life, so the renewal lands where you actually live it and pressure test it. The size is part of the design: small enough that nobody gets left behind, big enough to feel held by women who get it.
The program is sequenced so the work compounds rather than scatters. Each phase builds on the one before it.
- Weeks 1–2 — Orientation and Clarity. Identify what’s actually draining you and what would fill you with energy and meaning. Set the foundation for the work ahead.
- Weeks 3–5 — Reset. Go beneath the cognitive layer to reprogram the long-running beliefs underneath, like the inner critic, the inherited stories, and the patterns you’re tired of explaining away.
- Weeks 6–8 — Realignment. Tap into intuition and higher intelligence. Free up the energy that’s been bound up in self-doubt and over-functioning. Integrate the new tools into how you actually live.
- Weeks 9–10 — Strategy. Build the concrete plan — career moves, boundaries, structural shifts — that gives you the joy and meaning you want without sacrificing what you’ve built.
- Weeks 11–12 — Integration. Anchor and celebrate the new beliefs, behaviors, and identity so they hold long after the program ends.
- 12 self-paced modules — Recorded content that guides you week by week. You move through it around your life, not the other way around.
- Weekly live coaching and energy healing calls — Where the deeper shifts happen. Live sessions to dissolve patterns, get unstuck on what surfaced that week, and integrate insights in real time.
- Subconscious mindset reset — Guided meditations infused with energy healing and sound that drop you into deep theta brainwave states, where pattern shifts actually land.
- Energy healing — A non-talk modality that works beneath the cognitive layer to dissolve long-standing blocks and tension. Members often describe it as the layer that finally moved what other approaches couldn’t.
- Structure and tactical tools — Practical frameworks that keep the new beliefs and habits in place between sessions, so the work compounds instead of fading.
- Private cohort community — A small, dedicated space to share, ask, and stay connected between calls that is exclusive to the women in your cohort.
This is the layer most members didn’t see coming. By the time they reach me, they’ve usually tried therapy, meditation, journaling, and other coaching, and they know what cognitive work feels like. Energy healing is something different. There’s nothing to talk through or analyze. It works at the level of the body and the field, dissolving what’s stuck without requiring you to articulate it.
You don’t need to believe in it for it to work. You just need to be open.
About Anjli
I was the woman this page describes. Twenty-four years in corporate law and leadership, looking exactly like I’d made it. Privately, I was depleted, masked, and quietly losing touch with the version of me underneath all the roles.
I was also a first-generation professional, navigating elite corporate environments without the inside track most of my peers seemed to have inherited. So I built my own.
The work I do now is the work I did first on myself: the strategy and the inner transformation. The cognitive and the energetic. Both, because one without the other doesn’t hold.
Today I’m an executive coach (PCC, CPC), an energy healer (Reiki Master, Akashic Records, Metatronic Healing), and the Founder of Your Coach To Soar. I lead IYAM personally. Every cohort, every call.
