Corporates

Attrition, disengaged teams, and burnout are costing you. Protect your talent ROI by giving your senior leaders the right tools to lead and thrive.

The skills that make your best people exceptional individual contributors are not the skills that make them effective leaders. Expertise, drive, and technical mastery got them here. Leadership takes something different. And without the right support, that gap costs you.

Leaders who can’t delegate, struggle to provide vision, avoid difficult conversations, or lack the political savvy to build alignment don’t just underperform. They burn out. They become bottlenecks. They hold the answers instead of multiplying the capability of everyone around them.

That’s not simply a performance problem. It’s a development and self-management gap that shows up in attrition, disengagement, ineffective decision-making, and lost capacity across the organization.

I spent 24 years inside top Wall Street and Fortune 100 institutions, including Sullivan & Cromwell, American Express, Citi, and State Street, as a corporate lawyer and executive leader before becoming an ICF PCC-credentialed coach. I don’t need to learn how global, matrixed, high-stakes corporate environments work. I navigated them. That insider perspective is why organizations like Google, JPMorgan Chase, and MassMutual trust me where the stakes are high.

Services

Leading financial, tech, healthcare, and legal organizations bring me in at the inflection point where strong performers step into larger leadership: newly promoted executives, high-potential cohorts, and the bench you’re readying for bigger seats. The work focuses on:

  • Delegating, developing, and multiplying impact through others
  • Strategic, grounded judgment when the stakes are high
  • Clear, confident communication in high-stakes conversations
  • Sustained performance at intensity, without the attrition cost
  • Cross-functional alignment and collaborative execution
  • Executive presence and influence with peers, the C-suite, and Boards

I partner with organizations and other coaches to design, facilitate, and deliver leadership programs spanning 4-12 months. These programs are built around your organization’s specific leadership development focus, culture, and goals. They can include: 1:1 and small group coaching, workshops, and psychometric assessments (EQ-i 2.0).

  • High-potential and cohort-based leadership programs — Ex: I coached and facilitated for Google’s Early Pathways to Leadership Program (three global cohorts, ~450 women), and for the Hispanic National Bar Association’s inaugural ELLA Leadership Program for mid-career Latina attorneys (4.7/5 evaluation, 100% recommendation rate).
  • Senior leader and executive programs — Ex: I co-delivered a national law firm’s partner leadership program for practice group and marketing leaders (group sessions and 1:1 coaching), and coached and facilitated a global law firm’s partner business development program (curriculum input, group kickoffs and closeouts, 1:1 coaching, and BD tracking).

Anjli Garg delivered an outstanding executive coaching and training session for J.P. Morgan Chase’s Employee Appreciation Week… The feedback was overwhelmingly positive — many stopped me afterward to rave about the session and share ways they were already applying what they learned to improve decision-making, conversations, and confidence. It was an inspiring and practical session that continues to resonate with our team, strengthening both individual career growth and our leadership pipeline.

Excellent training. You are knowledgeable and your expertise shows. The best part was your ability to respond to the needs and questions of the group.

Anjli Garg led our senior leadership team through a transformative session on leadership
through stressful times. Her session helped us understand how leaders can address our own
needs and that of our teams, and how we can find clarity and purpose to see through our challenges. Anjli’s depth of knowledge about how stress impacts our body, mind and spirit, and her compassion shone through as she answered questions and helped us move past obstacles so that we could lead from a place of calm confidence.

Mary N. Chaney
Chairwoman, CEO & President, Minorities in Cybersecurity

We reached out to Your Coach To Soar to have them provide a leadership development workshop for minority and women cybersecurity professionals in our MiC LEAD course. The MiC LEAD Communicators™ course is designed for cybersecurity professionals looking to move from individual contributor to people leader. Anjli performed a workshop on “Defining Your Leadership Style and Identifying Others” and was a huge hit with our leaders. Anjli used real world examples and provided much needed strategies on dealing with conflicts that may arise from various leadership styles. The training provided the right foundation for our leaders as they grow as leaders in their cybersecurity career.

What Sets My Approach Apart

  1. Led by Lived Experience Your leaders don’t have to explain their world to me. They’re met by someone who has operated inside it, which means trust builds fast and the work starts sooner.
  2. Trusted by Global Companies Engaged by Fortune 500 companies such as Google, JPMorgan Chase, and MassMutual, and by Am Law 100 firms, to equip their leaders to thrive in high-pressure, results-oriented environments and navigate rapid change.
  3. Driven by the SOS Framework™ Stabilize. Optimize. Strategize. A proprietary framework I bring to every program design and coaching engagement, addressing the internal and the tactical together.
  4. Proven by Results Sponsors report seeing the change, not just hearing about it: leaders who delegate, hold the difficult conversation, and show up differently in the room. Participants describe the work as practical and immediately implementable.

My Approach & Proprietary Framework

Most leadership development teaches skills alone: leadership models, delegation frameworks, and communication tips. My work addresses both the skills and the self-regulation that lets leaders actually use them when stakes are high. Because the internal patterns driving stress reactivity, perfectionism, and avoidance can undermine even the best-trained skills. The result is leaders who know what to do, and can execute when it counts.

SOS Framework™

Stabilize — Risk Mitigation.

Dissolve the internal patterns. The stress reactivity, avoidance, and self-doubt that distort judgment and create execution risk. Because if a leader is operating from fear or avoidance, even a technically sound strategy won’t land.

Optimize — Internal Edge.

Eliminate the internal push/pull. The beliefs, patterns, and self-doubt that make your leaders compete against their own interests. When they stop working against themselves, energy consolidates, presence sharpens, and decisions accelerate. Self-alignment isn’t soft. It’s a competitive advantage.

Strategize — External Execution.

Convert internal clarity into precise, real-world execution. Scripts, sequencing, stakeholder strategy, role play, timing, messaging, and other concrete tools for the moments that matter: difficult conversations, stakeholder alignment, productive meetings, effective delegation, and influence within the C-suite and with Boards.

FAQ

I work with financial, tech, healthcare, and legal organizations. My engagements have ranged in size (Fortune 10 to mid-size companies) and scope (global, regional, and local). I collaborate with you to help you achieve your goals, including program design and delivery tailored to your participants’ seniority, roles, geographic location, and group size.

I measure what your organization cares about, which varies. Some organizations track quantitative metrics: promotion rates, retention, and engagement scores. Others measure qualitatively: how leaders are showing up, how teams are responding, what’s changing in the room. I work with you to define what success looks like before we begin, and how we’ll measure that success.
